Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe

Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe takes seriously our responsibility to give back to the Greensboro and Greater North Carolina community that we call home. It is an honor to support local non-profits and individuals in need by donating tickets to be used for fundraising or providing a day of fun for those who may not be able to do so otherwise.

Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe and our parent company, Palace Entertainment, have established criteria for donation requests in order to ensure recipients align with our company principles. Donation requests are only accepted from non-profit organizations and/or charities holding fundraisers – for-profit organizations are not eligible to receive ticket donations.

Donations must support one of our four pillars:

1) Childhood & Health: initiatives designed to bring entertainment to children affected by serious illnesses and their families, as well as adults suffering from rare and serious diseases. In addition, also promoting healthy habits, with a view to preventing illness.

2) Social Inclusion: initiatives to make entertainment accessible to financially disadvantaged families, to communities at risk of social exclusion, and to people with disabilities and special needs.

3) Education & Awareness: through the resources available at our park, these initiatives are designed to contribute to students’ passion for their school subjects (Physics, Biology, Technology, etc.) and to foster their awareness of their environment, social sustainability, civic responsibility, and healthy habits.

4) Conservation & Research: initiatives to protect biodiversity and the most vulnerable ecosystems by conducting rescue, rehabilitation, and release of animals or by participating in research projects.

Due to the high levels of requests we receive from worthy organizations, we only accept requests from organizations located in the surrounding areas of our park. To ensure all requests can be reviewed and donation items delivered in time for the event, we ask that all requests be made at least two months (60 days) before your event date.

All donation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible. The organization requesting the donation will be contacted by email, regardless of whether or not the request is approved. All requests that meet the criteria listed above are given serious consideration, though we are unable to donate to every cause. Please be sure to include a valid Tax ID as well as a flyer about your event on your organization's letterhead [501 (c)(3) exemption letters do not count as an event flyer]. Requests submitted without this information will be automatically rejected.

Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe ONLY donates daily admission tickets (maximum of 2 per organization). We are unable to provide monetary donations or Season Passes.
